Founders Circle Incentives

ValueCache is extending early-adopter incentives to invited businesses that join during the initial launch phase. These benefits are structured in tiers based on how early an invited business accepts its invitation and completes onboarding.

Earlier participation unlocks stronger direct-issuance commission advantages and, in the top tier, a waived Salary-Exchange program initiation fee.

Tier 01

First 20

First 20 businesses to accept invitation and join

As part of the First 20 ValueCache Founders Circle, 10,000 units of direct issuance to a specified account are commission-free for life, and the Salary-Exchange program initiation fee is waived.

Commission-free direct issuance: 10,000 USD-pegged PayCredits

Benefit duration: Lifetime

Additional incentive: Salary-Exchange program initiation fee waived

Examples: gift-card style direct sale of PayCredits or PayCredit salary-exchanges

Tier 02

First 50

First 50 invited businesses to accept invitation and join

As part of the First 50 ValueCache Founders Circle, 2,000 units of direct issuance to a specified account are commission-free for the first year.

Commission-free direct issuance: 2,000 USD-pegged PayCredits

Benefit duration: First year

Examples: gift-card style direct sale of PayCredits or PayCredit salary-exchanges

Tier 03

First 500

First 500 invited businesses to accept invitation and join

As part of the First 500 ValueCache Founders Circle, 1,000 units of direct issuance to a specified account are commission-free for the first three months.

Commission-free direct issuance: 1,000 USD-pegged PayCredits

Benefit duration: First three months

Examples: gift-card style direct sale of PayCredits or PayCredit salary-exchanges
